Terms and conditions

This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

These terms govern the use of the booking form and the taxi service provided by Joser Alfredo Robles Villaroel (JC Taxi Valencia), holder of taxi licence 2160.

1. How online booking works

• When you send the form you will receive a booking code and the booking is confirmed at that moment. Only the destinations, airports and ports shown in the form can be booked.
• Only the times available at the moment you check are shown, taking into account the approximate duration of the trip. If two people request the same time simultaneously and there is no availability for both, the first one is registered and the other is asked to choose another time.
• The kilometres and durations shown are approximate and for guidance only: the real time depends on traffic, the exact pick-up and drop-off points and any stops.
• JC Taxi Valencia may cancel a confirmed booking if it cannot provide the service (for example, due to force majeure or incorrect contact details). In that case it will let you know as soon as possible.
• You must provide correct contact details so that we can confirm your booking.

2. Vehicle capacity

• Maximum 6 and 8 passengers per van.
• No more than 1 wheelchair user per trip.
• Luggage must fit safely in the vehicle. If you have bulky luggage, mention it in your booking.
• A child seat is available. Ask for it when you book.

3. Price and payment

Booking on the website is free and nothing is charged in advance. The service is paid at the end of the trip, by card, cash, Bizum or bank transfer, according to the applicable taxi fare.

4. Cancellations and changes

You can cancel or change your booking by calling +34 652 530 866 or on WhatsApp. The conditions are in the cancellation and refund policy.

5. Waiting and delays

If the trip starts later than the booked time, waiting time is charged at €30 per hour.

6. Liability

JC Taxi Valencia provides the service in accordance with the applicable taxi regulations. The vehicle has comprehensive insurance. It is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, such as accidents, road closures or extreme weather conditions.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and by the taxi regulations of the Valencian Community. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
