Privacy policy

This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

This policy explains how we process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

What data we process

Only the data needed to manage your booking:

  • Contact details: full name, email address and phone number.
  • Trip details: pick-up point, destination, date, time, number of passengers and suitcases, whether you need a child seat and any additional information you choose to give us.
  • If a wheelchair user is travelling: only that fact, to prepare the vehicle and the ramp. It may be considered health-related data, so we only process it with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Technical data: to prevent abusive use of the form, we keep for one hour an irreversible code (hash) calculated from your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself.
  • The language in which you made the booking, so that we can assist you in that language.

Please do not write sensitive data in the notes field that is not necessary for the trip.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • Managing your booking request, contacting you about it and providing the service: pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Wheelchair information: your explicit consent (art. 9.2.a GDPR).
  • Preventing abusive use of the form: legitimate interest in the security of the site (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not create profiles and we do not make automated decisions.

How long we keep it

For as long as necessary to manage the booking and provide the service and, after that, blocked for the legal limitation periods. The wheelchair information is deleted once the trip is over.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties, unless required by law. To operate we use providers that process data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement:

  • Web hosting, database and email: Hostinger International Ltd., with servers in the Netherlands (European Union).

If you choose to message us on WhatsApp or send your booking summary on WhatsApp, that communication is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. It is optional: you can also call us.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to joserobles1983@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

The booking form is intended for people over 14. Bookings for minors must be made by their parents or guardians.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection, restricted access to the bookings panel and a record of changes.
